Through my lens, I seek to capture the essence and individuality of each bloom, presenting them as more than unimportant objects of beauty but as subjects with their own stories and emotions.
Flowers, often symbolizing growth, renewal, and the ephemeral nature of life, serve as a perfect medium to delve into themes of impermanence and resilience.
I seek to find the most beautiful combination of color and form. By isolating each flower in a portrait format, I aim to elevate the natural elements to a status similar to human portraiture, inviting viewers to see them in a new light. In addition to my intuitive use of color, the series is an endless study of negative space and symmetry. My work is purely photographic, using real flowers as models for my creations.
